SnapNuvo

About us

We think scamming people is wrong. So we show how to fight back.

SnapNuvo started with a simple frustration: strangers could look up where our families live, call our parents by name and sound like they belonged. Nobody should have to live with that, and nobody should need a tech degree to stop it.

What we believe

Privacy is for everyone

Your address, your phone number and your family's names belong to you. They shouldn't be for sale to anyone with a credit card and a search box.

Scams target trust

Scammers go after the people who answer the phone politely and want to help, often our parents. Taking away their easy information is one of the best defenses we know.

Experience beats hype

We share what happened when we tried something ourselves, the good and the bad, so you can decide faster and spend less.

What we do

We make short videos and plain guides about people-search sites, spam calls and scam texts. We test tools on our own phones and accounts, show the real screens (with personal details blurred), and tell you what worked, what didn't, and what we haven't tried yet.

Real

Every number we share comes from an account we actually use, with the screenshot.

Labeled

If we haven't tested something, we say so. Examples are marked "Illustrative scenario".

Zero

fake testimonials or paid placements. Ever.

Who we're for

Adults in their 40s to 60s who are looking out for themselves and their parents. No jargon, no fear-mongering, just what to check and what to do.

Our rules

About our videos

Our videos use real screen recordings (with personal details blurred), simple graphics and captions. Some voiceovers use a computer-generated voice. Scenes marked "Illustrative scenario" are examples, not real events.
